The Diamond Glaze (Dermaplaning and Diamond Glow) combo treatment is a two-step facial procedure designed to deeply exfoliate and rejuvenate the skin. Dermaplaning uses a fine blade to gently remove dead skin cells and peach fuzz, creating a smooth canvas. Immediately after, the Diamond Glow treatment exfoliates further while simultaneously infusing customized serums into the skin, targeting hydration, brightness, and overall skin health. What is the downtime?

Most people experience:

How many sessions needed?

What To Expect

During the Treatment:

Consultation: Your esthetician will assess your skin and discuss your goals.
Dermaplaning: A sterile, surgical scalpel is used to gently scrape away dead skin cells and fine facial hair. This step creates a smooth surface for better absorption of products.
Diamond Glow: A specialized handheld device exfoliates deeper while simultaneously infusing customized serums tailored to your skin type (hydrating, brightening, anti-aging, etc.). You may feel gentle suction and a cooling sensation during this step.
Soothing & Protection: After the combo, a calming serum or moisturizer is applied, followed by sunscreen to protect your freshly treated skin.

After the Treatment:

Your skin will feel smooth, refreshed, and glowing immediately.
Mild redness or sensitivity may occur but typically subsides within a few hours.
Avoid harsh skincare products or excessive sun exposure for 24-48 hours to allow your skin to fully benefit.
Results improve with regular treatments, usually every 4-6 weeks.

Pre-Treatment

Avoid exfoliating products (like retinol, acids, scrubs) for 3-5 days before your appointment to prevent irritation.
Do not use tanning beds or get sunburned at least 1 week prior, as sensitive skin can increase the risk of irritation.
Avoid waxing, threading, or chemical peels on your face for at least 2 weeks before treatment.
Arrive with a clean face, free of makeup, lotions, or oils.
If you have any active acne, cold sores, or skin infections, reschedule your appointment until fully healed.
Discuss any medications or skin conditions with your esthetician beforehand, especially if you’re using acne medications or have sensitive skin.

Post Treatment

Avoid direct sun exposure and always apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) daily for at least 7 days to protect your fresh skin.
Skip heavy makeup for at least 24 hours to let your skin breathe and heal.
Avoid using exfoliating products, retinoids, or acids for 3-5 days after treatment to prevent irritation.
Keep your skin hydrated with gentle moisturizers recommended by your esthetician.
Avoid hot showers, saunas, or intense workouts for 24-48 hours to reduce the risk of redness or irritation.
If you experience any mild redness or sensitivity, apply a soothing serum or aloe vera gel as recommended.
Do not pick or scratch your skin to avoid irritation or scarring.
Stay consistent with follow-up treatments as advised to maintain glowing, healthy skin.
