Shadow Days
This immersive shadow day is ideal for providers looking to observe advanced techniques, refine clinical flow, and gain real-world insight into patient assessment and treatment planning.
The $1,500 Shadow Day includes a full day observing Whitney in practice, with time for discussion, clinical business-related questions, and Q&A throughout the day.

New Injector Comprehensive Beginner Training (Botox & Filler)
For new injectors, we recommend a comprehensive 2-day private training experience designed to build a strong, confident foundation.
Day 1: Neurotoxin (Botox) fundamentals
Day 2: Filler basics and technique
The $6,000 investment includes all supplies, a detailed training manual, and extensive hands-on experience with 4–5 models per day.

Custom Hands-On Injectable Training
A truly bespoke educational experience designed exclusively around you.
Each private training is thoughtfully curated to meet your individual goals—whether you're building a strong foundation in aesthetic medicine or refining advanced injection techniques. Training may include neurotoxins, hyaluronic acid fillers, biostimulators, facial anatomy, comprehensive assessment and treatment planning, complication prevention and management, advanced injection strategies, and full-face aesthetic balancing.
Through immersive, hands-on mentorship and evidence-based instruction, you'll develop the confidence, precision, and clinical judgment needed to deliver exceptional aesthetic outcomes with both safety and artistry.

Includes 8 hours of one-on-one, hands-on instruction at our Soldotna, Alaska clinic. All patient models, injectable products, and training supplies are provided, allowing you to focus entirely on learning and skill development.
On-Site Training at Your Clinic
Private mentorship is also available at your practice for those who prefer to train within their own clinical environment. A modest travel fee will be added to cover travel expenses.
*For on-site trainings, the host clinic is responsible for providing all injectable products, supplies, treatment materials, and patient models. This allows the training to be fully integrated into your clinic's protocols, workflow, and treatment philosophy while ensuring your team gains practical experience using the products and systems they work with every day.

For Revance-sponsored trainings, Whitney is available to travel nationwide.

From foundational skills in our beginner programs to in-depth assessment and advanced injection strategies in our upper-level courses, Crafted Academy equips both emerging and experienced injectors to elevate their craft with confidence. With intentionally small class sizes, we ensure a focused, high-quality learning experience tailored to your success.
All courses are taught by our founder, Katie Brennan, FNP and co-faculty Whitney Carlson, FNP. Together our instructors have over 25 years of aesthetic experience and represent Allergan, Galderma and Revance as national company trainers.
